Our Dual Language
Spanish program introduces and reinforces a strong listening and
speaking foundation in Spanish for students in grades K-4.
Our World Language
Spanish program builds upon prior knowledge, adding reading and writing
components in Spanish for students in grades 5-8.
High Quality Literacy Instruction
is implemented at all grade levels including best practices such as Guided
Reading in small individualized groups. Reading and writing activities are
fully integrated across the curriculum and various reading materials.
Fully equipped classroom
libraries supplement instruction and help students enhance their love of
reading.
The Everyday Math
curriculum supported by the Chicago Math and Science Initiative
is utilized in grades K-5.
The Math Thematics
curriculum supported by the Chicago Math and Science Initiative is utilized
in grades 6-8.
The FOSS
science curriculum supported by the Chicago Math and Science Initiative is
utilized in grades K-5.
